Key Responsibilities:
• Leasing Management:
o Manage the entire leasing process, including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and preparing leases.
o Handle move-in and move-out procedures, including maintaining a database of unit photos and leases.
o Obtain renter’s insurance and calculate prorated rent and deposit deductions.
• Administrative Duties:
o Prepare weekly reports on various aspects, such as move-ins, move-outs, waiting list status, evictions, collections, and late rents.
o Determine rental rates and update the waiting list.
o Send reminders to tenants for past-due rent and handle collections and evictions.
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with California Department of Real Estate Forms.
• Experience in leasing commercial property and sales.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, in the San Francisco California time zone.
• Proficiency in using Time Doctor2 or similar screen-recording technology.
