JOB OVERVIEW

The L&D Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and a passion for employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & New Hire Training:
Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires across all departments.
Ensure smooth and effective integration of new employees into the company culture.
Track and measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make necessary adjustments.

Continuing Education:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning modules and quizzes using the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
Create and maintain a library of training resources, including presentations, videos, and job aids.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Performance Improvement:
Own the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process from enrollment to exit, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with managers and employees to develop and implement effective PIPs.
Monitor employee progress and provide support throughout the PIP process.

Quality Assurance:
Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure alignment of training programs with department KPIs and SLAs.
Identify and address any training-related quality issues.

Coaching & Mentoring:
Actively participate in coaching employees periodically to enhance their skills and performance.
Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and professional growth.

Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in L&D, including emerging technologies and methodologies.
Continuously improve L&D programs and processes based on feedback and performance data.


Competencies Required:

· Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS PowerPoint
· Experience in LMS Software like LearnUpon or TalentLMS is a plus but is not required.
