Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant? Do you excel in lead management, follow-ups, and nurturing client relationships? If so, we’re looking for YOU to support a Trademark Law Firm in managing and nurturing its leads!

Position: Leads Coordinator & Nurturer VA
Remote | Full-Time | Legal Industry

What You’ll Do:
- Track and organize incoming leads from various sources (website, referrals, ads).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule consultations with attorneys.
- Manage automated email follow-ups for potential clients.
- Engage and nurture leads who haven’t booked a call yet.
- Generate reports on lead sources, conversion rates, and process bottlenecks.
- Suggest improvements to optimize lead flow and conversion.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with lead management & CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Excellent written communication for lead engagement and follow-ups.
-Tech-savvy with automation and process optimization skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus!
