Lead sourcing

I need somebody to source potential leads for an email campaign and put them into a spreadsheet. The part time role will be consistent work monthly. The person must be very familiar with what a good website is. We are website design and development agency. I want the person to be able to add specific details within the sheet for each lead as to where we could potentially improve their site. This could be, for instance, the site is not mobile responsive, the site looks dated, the site could be improved for site speed, etc. We will then use this list for an email campaign.
