About Us:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Getter to identify, attract, and qualify potential clients to help grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, cold outreach, databases, networking).
- Initiate conversations and engage with prospects via
- Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and potential fit for our services/products.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Utilize our CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
