Lead follow up, Appt Scheduler

Join our team to assist in growing our Medical Weight Loss company. Our company is small and we support each other in many ways. As our team is small, we often find we each jump in to assist as needed. We offer a supportive environment and we love to cheer for the wins. This position is integral in achieving growth by scheduling clients to see our Physician. These clients will have scheduled a phone consult to learn more about the medicine and our company. It often takes multiple calls/follow ups to reach the potential client. We also have older leads that can be revived.
Call leads at scheduled times for phone consult in order to get them scheduled to see weight loss doctor. Call phone consult clients consistently to get Dr appt scheduled. Document all client contact. Follow up on old leads to generate interest, assist team with growth and administrative tasks, as needed.
We are seeking a Go-Getter who wants to WIN and create their own path to future success in our company. Our phone style is welcoming and we very much treat everyone as a new friend. This is the basis of our success. This new team member will be easy going on the phone and quickly find a way to connect with the potential client. Positive, dedicated and upbeat are the assets that have given us our success.
We seek someone with strong English and minimal accent. We will need someone between 10am-6pm EST to meet the needs of our clients. We will also offer $15 for each appt that our candidate scheduled who meets with the doctor. Financial success is in your hands. I look forward to hiring a wonderful coworker!
