JOB OVERVIEW

Motivated Leads is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Vetting Specialist to evaluate and qualify inbound leads. This role involves calling potential sellers to confirm their intent to sell and filtering out unqualified leads (e.g., those just seeking a price, bad phone numbers, properties listed on the MLS). The ideal candidate is proactive, confident on the phone, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Quick Lead Evaluation: Assess incoming leads within 3 minutes of entry into the system.
- Property Verification: Research properties using Google and other tools to confirm they are single-family homes.
- Lead Contact: Call each lead promptly to confirm their intent to sell and verify contact information.
- Skip Tracing & Data Collection: Ensure the lead is associated with a real person and obtain their first and last name.
- Lead Dispositioning: Assign the correct status based on established guidelines (Approved, Declined, or Pending Review).
- Declined Lead Review: Participate in a daily double-vetting process to ensure no valid leads are mistakenly declined.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Vetting Team and Process Owner to refine lead qualification criteria and improve accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
- Phone Confidence: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with potential sellers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must speak fluent English with a native-sounding accent and be able to build quick rapport.
- Independence & Initiative: Able to work with little oversight, follow established guidelines, and make judgment calls when needed.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess leads and apply criteria to approve or decline them.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, skip tracing software, and Google research.

Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, real estate lead qualification, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Work Environment: Ability to work remotely with a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
