Lead Validation Specialist

ABOUT US
We are a US-based Managed Service Provider delivering innovative IT & Cybersecurity solutions. We’re seeking a motivated Lead Validation Specialist to ensure accurate and high-quality lead data for our sales team. You’ll review, clean, and update prospect information, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our database. If you're detail-oriented, target-driven, and eager to contribute to our growth, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and update lead details via calls and online research.
- Ensure data accuracy and standardization across the database.
- Track activities and submit progress reports.
- Provide insights to improve lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and team members to resolve data issues.
- Use tools like Excel, Teams, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Dialer effectively.
- Adhere to One82 processes and participate in regular meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data management or lead cleaning.
- Proficiency with Excel and attention to detail.
- Strong English skills (written and oral).
- Collaborative, positive, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
