A Lead Specialist manages incoming messages from campaigns, accurately identifies and tags leads, and sends qualified leads to clients within 5 minutes of a positive reply. Responsibilities include sending test messages before a campaign, managing and tagging incoming texts, and sending leads to clients via SMS or email, updating the client's lead tracker sheet, and more. Key expectations are real-time tagging, 5-minute lead delivery, immediate spreadsheet updates, ensuring the correct lead is sent to the right client, and reporting any issues to the Account Manager. This role typically involves a combination of lead generation, qualification, and initial contact with prospects. The Lead Specialist plays a key role in the clients process, ensuring that high-quality leads are passed on to the clients team efficiently and smoothly.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay: $5 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Evaluations for Pay Raises: every 6 months

Additional Benefits:
• Paid US holidays off plus 6 weeks of PTO
• Flexible scheduling when necessary (up to 2 hours/day)

Requirements and skills
College level (college graduate preferred).
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Familiarity with project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info and GHL.
Experience with customer service and handling emails/chat support.
Experience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Must be a team player.

Equipment
Reliable PC/Laptop (Minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, SSD recommended).
Stable Internet Connection (At least 50 Mbps for smooth video calls and file transfers).
Backup Internet (Mobile hotspot or secondary ISP).
Backup PC or Laptop (To ensure continuity in case of device failure).
Noise-Canceling Headset (For clear communication).
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) (Recommended for power outages).
