Lead Specialist

What you’ll do:

-Respond promptly to client inquiries, acknowledging and resolving client complaints, and keeping records of client interactions
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
-Have a thorough understanding of our products so you can answer questions and ensure client satisfaction by providing professional assistance and support.

Requirements:

-SALES experience is a MUST
-Internet access with access to a computer
-Quiet working environment
-Experience making phone calls and speaking with clients or customers
-Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule: TBD

Pay: $7 / HR
