**About Critical Coordination**

Critical Coordination is a infrastructure integrator for data centers. We are in the midst of building a robust app for project management and client visibility. We currently have an MVP in place and are looking to beef it up, enhance with features, etc.

**About the Role:**

This is a unique opportunity to join Critical Coordination as a Founding Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology. You will be instrumental in building our core product and establishing the foundation for our engineering team. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, working closely with the founders to bring our vision to life.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and deploy core features of our product using [list specific programming languages and technologies used, e.g., Java, Ruby on Rails, CSS, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.]
* Contribute to the overall architecture and technology stack of the company
* Build scalable and maintainable systems that can support rapid growth
* Participate in key technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap
* Establish best practices and coding standards for the future engineering team
* Help recruit and build a high-performing engineering team as the company grows

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building successful products
* Experience with [ e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, etc.]
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Passion for building innovative products and working in a fast-paced startup environment
