About Us

Auto Showcase 360 (AS360) is a fast-growing company in the automotive industry, looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to manage lead research and LinkedIn outreach to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities

Source high-quality dealership leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upgrade to see actual info, and ZoomInfo.
Verify and organize leads in Kickserv CRM (minimum of 100 new leads per day).
Send at least 50 LinkedIn connection requests per day to engage dealership decision-makers.
Nurture LinkedIn conversations to warm up leads before outreach.
Tag and organize LinkedIn responses in CRM for follow-ups and reporting.

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead research.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Kickserv, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Fast learner and highly organized.

Lead Generation – Ability to source, verify, and organize high-quality dealership leads.
Data Entry – Ensuring accurate lead information is collected and stored in CRM systems.
Research – Strong ability to find and verify dealership decision-makers using online tools.
LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach – Experience in connection requests, messaging, and lead nurturing on LinkedIn.
CRM Management – Familiarity with Kickserv, HubSpot, or similar tools for tracking leads and outreach.

Compensation & Work Details

Pay: $4 - $7 per hour ($240 - $480 per week for 20 hours).
Part-time role with potential for full-time based on performance.
