Responsibilities:
• Conduct client intake meetings to identify recruitment needs and manage client relationships, ensuring transparency, satisfaction, and timely communication.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, while addressing client concerns and replacement requests.
• Lead and manage a remote recruitment team, assessing capacity and skill sets to align with client requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain a focus on results, and ensure high-quality service for clients.
• Organize client information and ensure timely follow-ups for seamless communication.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a minimum of 2 years in account management.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Commitment to delivering excellent work in line with our core values.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently, prioritizing simplicity in solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to assess and manage remote recruiting teams.
• Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport, and leaves a positive impression on clients during intake meetings.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software — specifically Manatal.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Nice to have:
• Experience working in a recruitment agency/outsourcing company.
