Job title: Lead Recruiter (Open to Filipino Jobseekers Only)
Type of employment: Full-time (Remote)
Budget: $8 - $10/hour
Shift Schedule: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Can be adjusted to fit the client's schedule)

As a Lead Recruiter at Outsource Recruiter, you will effectively manage client relationships by conducting thorough intake meetings, understanding and addressing client needs, qualifying prospective clients, and serving as the primary point of contact. Additionally, you’ll oversee remote recruitment team members by assessing their capacity and skill set, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and maintaining seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct client intake meetings to identify recruitment needs and manage client relationships, ensuring transparency, satisfaction, and timely communication.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, while addressing client concerns and replacement requests.
• Lead and manage a remote recruitment team, assessing capacity and skill sets to align with client requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain a focus on results, and ensure high-quality service for clients.
• Organize client information and ensure timely follow-ups for seamless communication.
• Collaborate with other team members to produce excellent results, embodying our core value of Synergy.


Required skills and qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a minimum of 2 years in account management.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Commitment to delivering excellent work in line with our core values.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently, prioritizing simplicity in solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to assess and manage remote recruiting teams.
• Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport, and leaves a positive impression on clients during intake meetings.


Preferred skills and qualifications
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software — specifically Manatal.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.


Nice to have:
• Experience working in a recruitment agency/outsourcing company.
