StemWave is transforming lives with cutting-edge shockwave therapy. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Nurture Specialist to help manage discovery call appointments and ensure a seamless experience for our leads.

Job Summary:
As a Lead Nurture Specialist, you’ll handle the confirmation and follow-up of discovery calls, ensuring leads are qualified, appointments are scheduled, and reminders are sent. Your organizational skills and communication will be key in ensuring smooth interactions and no missed opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Discovery Calls:
Track and confirm calls using Salesforce; JustCall and Account Executive’s calendars.
Ensure leads are qualified by checking the Grading App Sheet before confirming appointments.

Appointment Confirmation & Follow-ups:
Send opt-in messages to qualified leads and follow up via SMS/email to confirm or remind them of their appointments.
Handle no-show situations by offering rescheduling options and following up until the call is confirmed.

Lead Management:
Keep the Discovery Calls Summary tracker up to date with lead info and status.
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.

Rescheduling & Special Requests:
Offer rescheduling options when leads request changes to their appointment times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1-2 years in customer service, lead nurturing, or admin roles. Experience with scheduling tools (Salesforce, Google Calendar, JustCall) is a plus.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, especially for email and SMS follow-ups.

Organization:
Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and appointments.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with sales teams or in healthcare-related roles.
