As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Media Buyer Leader who can take charge of our clients’ ad strategies, drive results, and lead a team to success.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Media Buyer with a deep understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and a track record of scaling e-commerce brands profitably. This role requires both analytical and creative expertise, as well as leadership skills to manage clients and collaborate with internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing media buying strategy, optimizing ad spend, and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead Meta Ads strategy for multiple e-commerce clients, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum performance and ROI.
• Manage client relationships, acting as their go-to expert for paid media strategy and performance insights.
• Oversee media buying execution, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative development.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to produce high-converting ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and trends, making data-backed recommendations to improve performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to refine conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior media buyers, fostering a high-performance marketing team.
• Work closely with leadership to align paid media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in media buying, with a focus on Meta Ads for e-commerce.
• Proven ability to scale e-commerce brands profitably through performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party tracking tools.
• Deep understanding of customer psychology, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage client accounts and mentor a team.
• Creative mindset with experience in ad creative strategy and direct-response marketing.
• Ability to communicate strategy and insights effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing high ad budgets ($100K+ per month) across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with other paid media channels (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or managing e-commerce clients.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
