Lead Manager for Real Estate Business

We are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to qualify leads over the phone for our land investment business. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of real estate processes. You will be responsible for following up with potential clients, assessing their needs, and determining their readiness to sell their property. Your contributions will be crucial for driving acquisitions and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads via phone to introduce SG Land Investment LLC and discuss property details.
- Comp land to determine market value of property.
- Gather information on property size, location, zoning, and ownership status.
- Assess seller motivations and price expectations.
- Build relationships with sellers and maintain engagement through follow-up calls.
- Update CRM with lead details and status.
- Set appointments for site evaluations or further discussions with senior team members.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Airtable software is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus.
