THE ROLE:

The Virtual Lead Manager has a “Whatever-It-Takes” attitude and is willing to go above-and-beyond. The VLM is willing to treat every lead as if they are somebody they can HELP. The VLM has extensive experience working on the phones and has excellent english with little to no discernible accent. This is a long-term position with a large potential for growth. You have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in an environment that challenges you to grow both personally and professionally. The better the VLM is at their job the more bonuses and responsibilities will be given. This is a position that will easily open doors into more responsibilities and higher pay with a proven track record of performance and culture fit.

Generally stated your job duties will be answering phone calls from people looking to sell their house and booking appointments, as well as following up with existing leads in our system. The key areas of focus for which you will be responsible will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversight or Execution of the following:

• Answering phone calls
• Responding to webforms with outbound calls
• Booking appointments
• Warm Lead follow up (the bulk of your time is spent here)
• Daily reporting
• Updated the CRM from phone calls and appointments
• 100% attendance to team meetings and daily huddles


THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• Must be comfortable working from home, Thursday - Monday 10:30 am to 7pm Pacific Standard Time
• Must have extensive experience in on the phones and have little to no discernible accent
• Excellent attention to detail is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, and coordinate with other departments
• You will be asked to perform other tasks not listed above on an as-needed basis, so flexibility and adaptability to change is a must
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, various google app (we will train for the role)
• You have been searching for a work family that supports you both personally and professionally. It is also a huge plus if you are somewhat funny and enjoy joking with the team (we’re a family).
