We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager to oversee and manage incoming leads, ensuring they are properly followed up with, qualified, and moved through the sales pipeline efficiently. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and experienced in lead management. If you only track leads but do not know how to nurture them and move them toward conversion, this role is not for you.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple CRM platforms and a strong understanding of lead organization, qualification, and follow-up. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize leads effectively.

Responsibilities
*Manage and track all incoming leads from various sources.
*Qualify leads and determine the next steps in the sales pipeline.
*Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates.
*Ensure that all lead data is accurately logged and updated in the CRM system.
*Work closely with the sales team to ensure they receive well-qualified leads.
*Analyze lead performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure no leads are lost.

Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years of experience in lead management, sales coordination, or CRM operations.
*Experience managing and operating multiple CRM platforms.
*Strong understanding of lead nurturing, qualification, and conversion strategies.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize high-value leads.
*Strong follow-up skills with a focus on closing the gap between lead acquisition and sales.
*Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
