Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Manager to join our growing team. This remote position will involve contacting warm leads in the United States to discuss property details, gather information, and set appointments for our senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and preferably some knowledge of real estate transactions.

Location
This is a fully remote position open to applicants in the Philippines. You will be working with US-based leads during US business hours (9am-5pm EST).

Primary Responsibilities

Contact warm leads via phone to introduce SCC Land Holdings and discuss property details
Comp land to determine market value of property
Gather detailed information on property size, location, zoning, and ownership status
Assess seller motivations and price expectations
Build relationships with sellers and maintain engagement through follow-up calls
Update CRM with lead details and status
Set appointments for site evaluations or further discussions with senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of real estate concepts and terminology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Pebble CRM software is a plus
Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus
Ability to work US business hours (9am-5pm EST)

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay of $8 per hour
Bonuses paid per contract closings
