Position: Lead Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Manager to manage lead communication and quality. These are the main Lead Manager responsibilities in priority order:

- Qualify and schedule as many leads as possible on behalf of HoneyGrid advertisers-
- Measure and report lead quality to leadership and other team members
- Create repeatable scripts and processes HoneyGrid can easily deploy for any advertiser looking to schedule appointments
- Automate as much of the lead management and communication process as possible

Skills and requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Working US business hours
- Experience working on globally distributed teams
- Lead qualifying experience (phone, email, sms)
- Attention to detail
- Proactive communication
- Achieving required service levels
- Experience in digital advertising
