Role Overview
We’re seeking a Lead Intake Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role focuses on making initial contact with potential sellers, building rapport, and guiding them through the early stages of our property acquisition process. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, naturally curious, and skilled at building relationships over the phone.

Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential sellers following our proven contact system
- Handle incoming calls from marketing campaigns
- Build rapport and gather essential property information from sellers
- Conduct thorough initial conversations averaging 10 minutes per call
- Meet weekly talk time targets (500 minutes minimum)
- Maintain detailed records of all conversations in our Pebble CRM
- Follow up systematically with leads using our established process
- Manage text message communications through Launch Control
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain an organized contact schedule
- Identify seller motivation and qualify leads for our closing team

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM systems (Pebble experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Launch Control or similar SMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Professional phone manner and positive attitude

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Base rate: $3 per hour
- Quarterly bonus payout based on company performance (Estimated to be more than $1,000 USD per quarter)
- Opportunity for growth into managerial or closing/sales role
- Regular performance reviews with potential for advancement
