Lead Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually stunning graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and the needs of our clients, and have an I can attitude/mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design products such as digital art for t-shirts, wall art, planners, templates, etc.
Create social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral for clients.
Collaborate with our marketing team to create visuals that enhance our campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.
Should know about Etsy shops and how the etsy platform works.
Requirements:

Working hours M-F 8AM-6PM EST.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in a graphic design/editing tool. (Adobe or Corel)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with digital art or printable designs is a plus.
Must have a computer that is minimum specs i5 with 16GB ram and 500 GB SSD or NVME Windows OS preferred but Mac is ok
Must not be afraid of a challenges or high goal or standards
Must know how to learn new things quickly and put the new things into action.
