We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our team. This role is critical to our success, as you will be the first point of contact with potential sellers.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using a provided script and lead list
Identify motivated sellers and gauge interest in selling their property
Overcome objections and build rapport with sellers
Collect and document seller information in our CRM system
Follow up with interested leads as needed
Collaborate with our acquisitions team to hand off quality leads
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas
Requirements:
Must have experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (Real Estate experience is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to handle objections and engage in conversations confidently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience using CRM software (Podio, CallTools, Mojo Dialer, or similar is a plus)
Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
