Lead Generation/Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation/Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our cleaning/janitorial services. If you have a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and experience in lead generation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

>> Research and identify potential leads within target markets for cleaning and janitorial services.
>> Make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services and set appointments.
>> Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services.
>> Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
>> Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.
>> Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to appointment setting.
>> Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

>> At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Generation and Appointment Setter agent, preferably in the cleaning/janitorial services industry or a related field.
>> Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, friendly approach.
>> Experience with CRM systems to manage lead databases and track progress.
>> Ability to handle objections and professionally pitch services to potential clients.
>> Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
>> Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
>> Experience in cold calling and email outreach is a plus.
>> Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
