We’re seeking a motivated Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our agency and play a key role in identifying potential clients, setting appointments, and driving new business opportunities for the agency.
Job Type: Part Time with a possibility to scale up to Full Time after few months depending on performance
Salary: Competitive based on experience, to be discussed during or after Final Interview

Job Description: As a Lead Generation and Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to research and identify prospective clients, generate high-quality leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will use various tools and outreach methods to connect with decision-makers and qualify leads, ensuring they are passed along to the sales team for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases, and social media platforms.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls/emails.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the target client criteria and are a good fit for our services.
Set up meetings or calls between the leads and the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions.
Maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
Follow up with leads to ensure consistent engagement and increase the likelihood of scheduling appointments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and appointment-setting processes.
Manage and track lead performance and conversion rates to continuously optimize efforts.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting and/or cold calling.
Experience with B2B (business-to-business) lead generation is a plus.
Extensive knowledge in creating and executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g.,
Knowledge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo,
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with decision-makers.
Comfortable with cold calling and
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
