Job Description: Lead Generation / Zapier Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation / Zapier Automation Expert to join our team. This role requires a perfect blend of expertise in lead generation, cold email infrastructure, data management, and advanced automation workflows, particularly using Zapier. If you excel at creating seamless systems, driving outreach campaigns, and optimizing processes through automation, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

-Extract and build high-quality lead lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
-Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify leads based on industry, role, and company needs.
-Design and execute personalized, scalable outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively.

Cold Email Infrastructure

-Set up and manage cold email domains, ensuring optimized deliverability through proper configurations like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
-Troubleshoot and resolve email deliverability issues to maintain campaign effectiveness.
-Develop email templates and sequences that maximize open and response rates.

Zapier/Automation Expertise

-Create, manage, and optimize advanced automation workflows using Zapier, Make/Integromat, and other platforms.
-Automate repetitive tasks, ensuring data flows seamlessly between CRMs, email platforms, and lead generation tools.
-Leverage APIs and webhooks to enhance workflow functionality and integration.
-Continuously refine automation processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Data Management & Reporting

-Maintain an organized and accurate database of leads and campaign data.
-Track and analyze outreach metrics, generating reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all lead management activities.

Collaboration

-Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
-Provide insights from outreach performance to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
-Offer training and support to team members on using automation tools and workflows effectively.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in lead generation and outreach, including tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
-Advanced expertise in Zapier and other automation platforms (e.g., Make/Integromat, Airtable, HubSpot).
-Strong understanding of cold email infrastructure and deliverability best practices.
-Technical skills to design and implement complex automation workflows, including API integrations and webhooks.
-Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing outreach and workflow performance metrics.
-Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Availability to work full-time, US Eastern Hours (no other jobs, clients, or freelance commitments).
