Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to fill out contact forms and perform related tasks to generate leads for our agency.
Goal: FIll out
The ideal candidate will have be proficient with quickly typing, copying/pasting, and navigating between browser tabs to quickly submit contact forms on prospect websites in order to get them to reply.
Key Responsibilities:
Following our established processes you'll Research and identify potential clients through Google.
Accurately complete and submit contact forms on behalf of the company to generate leads.
Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
Strong research and data entry skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
Fast typing skills
Quickly changing tabs / navigating websites to submit a contact form.
Working Hours: This is a full time position requiring 8am-5pm CST Operating Hours
