Job Posting: Lead generation VA for Screen Printing Business

We are a growing screen printing business looking to expand our client base and increase leads. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us reach out to potential clients and support the growth of our business.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients who may need screen printing services (e.g., businesses, organizations, events, etc.)
Outreach: Reach out to leads daily through email or other communication methods, ensuring that we are consistently growing our customer base.
Daily Reporting: Provide a detailed summary or list of the leads that need to be contacted every single day.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the team to ensure all leads are properly followed up on.
English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience in virtual assistance, sales, or lead generation
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Strong research and organizational skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Must be detail-oriented and able to meet daily lead generation and outreach targets
Reliable internet connection and access to communication tools

Nice to Have:

Experience working with screen printing or creative industries is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
