Lead Generation VA Wanted (Cold Email + CRM + Follow-Ups)

We're Marketing Nerd, a growing US-based digital marketing agency.

We're looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who’s sharp, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow. This person should love prospecting and lead generation and be confident running cold outreach and CRM updates with minimal supervision.
???? Your Core Tasks Will Include:

? Researching and building lists of small businesses.
? Sending cold email campaigns via Instantly
? Managing replies, tagging leads, and scheduling appointments
? Updating CRM with lead status
? Writing simple but personalized follow-up messages
? Weekly performance reports (leads sent, opens, replies, appointments booked)
???? Who We’re Looking For:

? Strong English writing skills
? Experience doing lead gen and outreach for a marketing agency (HUGE plus)
? Organized and reliable—you take ownership of tasks and hit deadlines
? Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Instantly, or similar
? Familiarity with CRMs and Google Sheets
? Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed
