Lead Generation VA

Looking for a tech-forward Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead mining across email and Instagram.

You must be highly organized, experienced with list building, and able to leverage AI tools to work faster and smarter.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, speed, and pattern recognition—and knows how to target the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities:
• Research and build targeted lead lists of self-care businesses (dentists, chiropractors, physios, spas, saunas, massage studios, etc.).
• Use tools like Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and other AI scrapers to automate and speed up lead workflows.
• Find verified contact details (email, IG handle, name, location, business type).
• Identify decision-makers (owners, managers).
• Keep everything clean, structured, and up to date in a shared CRM or spreadsheet.
• Prep the leads for cold email and Instagram DM outreach.

Requirements:
• Experience with lead generation and list building.
• Strong command of AI and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable.
• Sharp eye for detail and zero tolerance for dirty data.
• Organized, fast, and results-focused.
• Reliable with excellent written communication.

Bonus points if you:
• Have experience targeting local service-based businesses.
• Know how to run basic email enrichment or verify lead quality.
• Have done IG scraping / DMs using PhantomBuster or similar tools.
