Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation VA to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that will help drive sales and support the overall goals of the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies, identify potential customers, and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new markets for the company's products/services.
Use various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate leads.
Qualify leads by assessing their potential and determining their needs.
Maintain and update the lead generation database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Track and report on lead generation activities and results to optimize strategies and improve efficiencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored outreach strategies for different target audiences.
Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to create new business relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in Home Care or Health Care.
Strong understanding of various lead generation techniques and tools, including CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
