Job Description:
As a Virtual Lead Generation Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lead generation team, ensuring that all goals and targets are met. You will work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
De
velop and implement lead generation strategies to meet and exceed team targets.
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.
Work closely with sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts.
Optimize lead generation processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure high levels of team engagement and morale.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new techniques and tools as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and team management.
Proven track record of achieving excellent lead generation results.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a virtual team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and software.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
