Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with leadership experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating leads, managing a team, and driving the success of lead generation campaigns. This role combines hands-on lead generation tasks with overseeing a team of specialists to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance and ensuring targets are met.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.
Oversee the team's performance, provide training, and mentor tea
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance and team output.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
Ensure timely reporting on lead generation progress and provide recommendations for improvements.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics and business needs.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
