Job Description

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind finding new landscaping businesses that could benefit from our automation services. You'll conduct targeted outreach via social media and email campaigns to connect with potential clients. Your work will directly impact our company's growth while helping landscaping professionals across the country streamline their operations and increase their customer base.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for business purposes
- At least 6 months experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach
- Ability to craft persuasive messages that generate interest and responses
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing processes

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

- Previous experience working with landscaping businesses or in the home service industry
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Experience with cold email outreach campaigns and best practices
- Understanding of digital marketing principles for local businesses

Detailed Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Researching and identifying potential landscaping business clients through online resources
- Managing and growing our social media presence to attract landscaping professionals
- Creating and sending personalized cold emails to potential clients
- Engaging with prospects on social media platforms (commenting, connecting, messaging)
- Tracking all outreach activities and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Scheduling discovery calls for qualified leads
- Sending a daily report outlining activities completed, leads generated, and planned tasks
- Optimizing outreach strategies based on response rates and conversion data

Work Schedule and Holidays

- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Flexible hours, but some overlap with US business hours (9am-5pm EST) preferred
- We observe major US holidays and respect your local holidays as well

Salary

- $1000/month for full-time work (40 hours per week)
