Lead Generation Specialist – Speaking & Podcast Engagements

We are a small but rapidly growing business focused on leadership, mentorship, and consulting. We are looking to hire a highly organized and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to secure speaking engagements and podcast guest appearances for our founder.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential opportunities and maintaining a structured database of contacts.

Core Tasks Include:
+ Researching and identifying speaking opportunities at conferences, summits, and leadership events.
+ Sourcing and pitching podcast guest appearances in alignment with our brand and expertise.
+ Managing a database of contacts and tracking outreach efforts.
+ Coordinating logistics for confirmed appearances, including scheduling and prep materials.
+Collaborating with the team to align messaging and positioning.

What We’re Looking For:
+ Proactive, persistent, and highly organized.
+ Strong research skills and the ability to identify high-value opportunities.
+ Background in lead generation, PR, or booking guests for podcasts or speaking engagements.
+ Ability to track and manage multiple outreach campaigns effectively.
