We are a fast-growing company in the Medical Tech & Regenerative Health space, looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a Manila-based candidate who can meet in person twice a week for strategy sessions and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
? Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach – Find and engage ideal prospects through strategic messaging
? Use AI & Automation Tools – Leverage platforms like Apollo, Instantly.ai, Expandi, and Go High Level for efficient prospecting
? Data Research & Targeting – Identify potential leads, build lists, and optimize campaigns
? CRM & Lead Management – Track and nurture leads to improve conversion rates
? A/B Testing & Optimization – Continuously refine outreach strategies for better results

Required Skills & Experience:
???? Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience – Must be able to show past results and strategy
???? Expertise with Outreach & Automation Tools – Apollo, Instantly.ai, Expandi, Go High Level, etc.
???? Strong AI & Tech Skills – Ability to use AI for messaging, automation, and optimization
???? Successful Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach – Can generate high-quality leads and book appointments
???? Excellent English Communication – Both written and verbal
