Overview:
Kingdom Manors, a growing real estate investment company, is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in using LOI Blaster to generate high-quality leads. This role is ideal for a skilled professional familiar with PropStream and BatchLeads, as our LOI system integrates exclusively with these platforms.

In addition to generating leads, the selected candidate will also be responsible for training other team members on how to effectively use LOI Blaster, making this a dual role focused on both execution and knowledge-sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Use LOI Blaster in conjunction with PropStream and BatchLeads to identify and engage motivated sellers.
Campaign Management: Launch and monitor LOI campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and lead quality.
Follow-Up Management: Track responses, engage with potential sellers, and gather necessary property details.
Team Training: Train team members on the effective use of LOI Blaster, including creating campaigns, interpreting results, and refining strategies.
Data Input & Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into lead management systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team to hand off qualified leads and refine workflows.
Qualifications:

LOI Blaster Expertise: Proven experience using LOI Blaster for real estate lead generation.
PropStream & BatchLeads Knowledge: Familiarity with these platforms is essential for successful campaign management.
Teaching Skills: Ability to explain and train others on LOI Blaster features and best practices.
Real Estate Experience: Knowledge of subject-to transactions, seller financing, and distressed properties is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead management software.
Strong Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with sellers professionally and teaching effectively.
Self-Motivated: Independent, organized, and able to meet deadlines and lead generation goals.
