We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help execute effective cold email campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.

What You'll Be Doing
Market Research & Offer Optimization – Researching industries, identifying target audiences, and refining client offers for maximum impact.
List Building & Enrichment – Sourcing and verifying high-quality leads using tools like Apollo, Clay, Prospeo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Cold Email Copywriting – Crafting high-converting email sequences tailored to each client's industry and target market.

Email Sending & Deliverability Management – Running campaigns via Instantly while ensuring optimal inbox placement.
Inbox Management & Appointment Setting – Monitoring replies, handling objections, and booking meetings using Close CRM and Slack.
Reporting & Performance Analysis – Tracking and optimizing campaign results using Instantly and Airtable.

What We're Looking For
Experience in Lead Generation & Cold Outreach – At least 1-2 years of experience running successful cold email or outbound sales campaigns.
Strong Research & Copywriting Skills – Ability to write persuasive, concise, and engaging cold emails.
Proficiency with Sales Tools – Hands-on experience with Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Close CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospeo, ChatGPT, Airtable, Slack, and Loom (or similar tools).
Analytical & Data-Driven – Able to track and optimize outreach performance using key metrics.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – Managing multiple clients and campaigns without missing a beat.
Self-Starter & Communicative – Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with clear and consistent communication.
