# LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Better Boookings is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing vacation rental property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing property owners interested in listing their vacation homes with our company.

### Role Overview
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing our property portfolio by identifying and connecting with potential property owners. You'll primarily focus on sourcing leads from established booking platforms such as Airbnb and converting them into partnerships with our company.

### Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential property owners on booking platforms like Airbnb and other vacation rental marketplaces
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies to reach property owners
* Create compelling outreach messages that highlight our company's value proposition
* Track, analyze, and report on lead generation efforts and conversion rates
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential property owners
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
* Research market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach
* Help refine our value proposition based on property owner feedback

### Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales
* Familiarity with vacation rental industry and platforms like Airbnb
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
* Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities
* Proficiency with Google Workspace/Google Suite
* Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn

### Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the vacation rental or property management industry
* Understanding of property management business models
* Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach
* Knowledge of multiple vacation rental platforms and their ecosystems

### Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 CET
