Hours: 20 hours per week
5pm-9pm Philippines Mon-Fri
Pay: $5 per hour

Job Overview:

We are a growing social media marketing agency, seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will focus on generating high-quality leads and increasing booked calls for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads and booking calls, preferably for businesses within the social media agency industry.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus primarily on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Email. Your goal will be to identify and reach out to potential clients, nurture relationships, and schedule high-quality sales calls for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and identify ideal prospects, build a list and reach out on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and via email.

Reach out to 60–100 potential quality client leads through personalized direct messages, and emails.

Booked Calls: 1–2 calls booked per day into calendar

I ALSO PAY 20 USD BONUS COMMISSION FOR EVERY DEAL CLOSED AFTER THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED WITH THE NEW CLIENT

Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase the number of booked sales calls.

Maintain organized lead lists and provide regular reporting on outreach and conversions in Google Sheets/ HubSpot.

Track lead status and engagement in HubSpot CRM.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.

Provide daily KPI reports & submit a Google Doc of all DM conversations/ emails that led to booked calls for review.

Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize messaging for better results.

Requirements:

Proven track record of increasing booked calls for businesses (preferably in the social media marketing agency space).

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email outreach strategies.

Proficient with lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot Apollo, Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Excellent FLUENT English written and verbal communication skills. Strong grammar, no typo mistakes!!

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

A results-driven mindset and the ability to hit lead generation and booking targets.

Previous experience working in a social media marketing agency or related field is highly preferred.
