JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who will help search online for ideal prospects and collect their data.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within assigned territories by searching YouTube, Podcast charts, TikTok, Instagram and more
- Data Collection: Gather detailed information on prospects, including contact details, social media accounts and more
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Tool Utilization: Use tools like Million Verifier, SeamlessAI, Apollo and more to find and verify leads
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously seek ways to enhance lead prospecting efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and relationship-building. Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage and update lead databases efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Persistence and Resilience: Tenacity and resilience in the face of rejection or challenges in lead prospecting.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the marketing and content creation industry is a plus.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and data analysis tools.
