Lead Generation Specialist

Position: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Salary: $500 /month (plus performance-based bonuses)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting – Research and identify potential clients (small businesses, coaches, entrepreneurs, etc.) who need virtual assistant services.
Cold Outreach – Message leads via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to introduce our VA services.
Follow-Ups – Send follow-up messages and track leads in the CRM.
Appointment Setting – Book discovery calls with interested prospects for our Client Success Manager.
Lead Tracking & Reporting – Maintain a database of prospects and provide weekly reports on outreach success.
CRM Management – Update and organize client data in our CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ClickUp).
Content Engagement – Like, comment, and engage with potential leads on social media to warm up outreach efforts.

Requirements:
1+ year experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
Experience using lead gen software like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Instantly.ai is a plus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet daily targets.

Compensation & Benefits:
$600/month base salary
