LEAD GENERATION | COLD CALLER | SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (REMOTE)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base in the insurance industry. If you’re skilled in prospecting, comfortable with cold calling, and familiar with social media outreach, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

-Identify and reach out to potential insurance clients
-Make cold calls and set appointments
-Manage and post on social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram)
-Message leads on Facebook and send outreach emails

Requirements:

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Confident with calls and social media engagement

Compensation:
Base Pay + Attractive Bonus Structure
