Lead Generation Specialist

I need someone who has experience working as a cold outreach specialist. Experience with souring and data mining tools, experience managing cold outreach tools, and responding to emails responses. College educated with a working background in lead generation, technology, and english conversations. Work includes:
(1) Thesis learning. Need to be able to learn about new industries rapidly and understand nuances between different companies, products provided, and services provided within an industry (we will develop thesis typically send to you)
(2) Sourcing and target list-building. We expect someone scrappy who can find industry organizations and directories to source target companies. In addition, experience using professional tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Grata, Sourcesrub
(3) Lead Generation. Using tools like Appolo.ai/Hunter.ai/Seamless.ai to gather accurate business owner contact information including cell phone, email, etc.
(4) Data validation/enrichement. Validation that the contact information is accurate prior to contacting leads
(5) Outreach. Creating email campaigns and directly emailing targets to request time to chat
