Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential retail partners, including pet store owners, buyers, and category managers. You will play a key role in building our lead pipeline by gathering contact information, organizing data, and helping the sales team target high-potential accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify pet store owners, buyers, and category managers across various markets.
- Utilize online tools, databases, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and industry resources to find accurate contact details.
- Build and maintain a detailed database of leads, including names, titles, contact information, and relevant business details.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring a focus on high-potential prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
- Assist in the development of lead nurturing and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the lead database, updating as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales research, or market research, preferably within the retail or pet product industries.
- Strong research skills with the ability to locate and verify contact information using various platforms and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data management, and research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the pet industry is a plus
