Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on potential clients to identify target demographics and create targeted audience lists
• Employ a variety of lead generation methods, such as online research, social media engagement, and networking, to ensure a steady stream of high-qualified leads.
• Evaluate leads by analyzing their requirements, financial capacity, decision-making power, and purchasing timeline.
• Initiate meaningful discussions with potential clients by Crafting ongoing personalized messages that address their unique challenges, offer details about products/services, and cultivate strong connections by building rapport.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to create efficient lead generation tactics, campaigns, and messaging.
• Document and monitor accurate records of all lead generation actions and outcomes utilizing CRM software.
• Examine data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation, spot areas for enhancement, implement adjustments for optimal outcomes and analyze what other companies are doing.
• Stay current on industry trends, market shifts, and to pinpoint fresh lead generation possibilities.
• Collaborate with the team to devise strategies for nurturing leads and transforming them into qualified prospects.
• Regularly update management with reports concerning efforts to attract potential customers, pipeline status, and performance indicators.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to lead generation
• Do cold and warm reach outs consistently through social media.
• Can openly share ideas and perspectives that contribute to the growth of the department.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media lead generation
• Ability to work graveyard shifts and adapt to varying client time zones.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads through Social Media
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and experimenting different approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
