Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)

Type: Freelance (immediate start)

Earning Potential: $5-20 per hour

Number of positions available: 1-2

We're expanding our team due to recent successes and increased client demand. There's potential to hire two individuals from this application process if we find exceptional talent.

Role & Responsibilities:
- As a Lead Generation Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Conducting cold emails/DM’s to potential B2B clients, initiating conversations and nurturing relationships
- Managing cold email campaigns, including monitoring and responding to campaign responses in the inbox
- Qualifying leads through strategic questioning to determine fit and booking appointments for our sales closer
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects

Requirements:
- Sales/lead generation experience is a must. This is a high-performance role within a startup, but our track record with major B2B clients speaks for itself.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to work 4-8 hours per day
- Proactive mentality and attitude
- Ability to complete admin tasks independently
