Rockstar Sales Representative for Short-Term Rental Management Company

We’re looking for a high-performing, relationship-focused Sales Representative to drive our growth by bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships.

What Winning in This Role Looks Like

Own the Sales Process: Take full accountability for prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals.

Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with property owners by understanding their pain points and presenting tailored solutions.

Hit the Numbers: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. You’re someone who tracks your metrics and pushes yourself to outperform them.

Learn and Adapt: Embrace feedback, refine your pitch, and continuously improve your approach to stay ahead of the competition.

What You Bring to the Table
Proven Sales Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in B2B, real estate, or hospitality industries.
Exceptional English Communication Skills: You can pitch ideas, listen actively, and navigate objections with ease.
Hunter Mentality: You’re proactive, love prospecting for new leads, and thrive on closing deals.
Relentless Follow-Up: You know the power of persistence and follow-through, turning cold leads into warm clients.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus.

Your First 90 Days
Training: Learn our systems, value propositions, and sales playbook to hit the ground running.
Pipeline Ownership: Build a pipeline of qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and PhantomBuster.
Metrics Mastery: Start achieving daily outreach goals (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages) and bring in your first set of clients.
Results Delivery: Close 3–5 deals per month and begin building a portfolio of happy property owners.
