About Us
MachShip is an Australian-based company transforming the freight industry with our innovative cloud-based Freight Management System. We're expanding our sales operations and need a detail-oriented professional to power our growth.
The Role
As our Lead Generation Research Analyst, you'll be the detective behind our sales operation, turning data into opportunities. Your detective work will help our Business Development Managers connect with the right people at the right companies.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Conducting in-depth research using LinkedIn, company websites, and other tools
- Identifying and profiling key decision-makers in target companies
- Maintaining and enriching our CRM data
- Supporting our sales team with qualified leads and insights
- Analyzing trends and patterns to uncover new opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to our Business Development Managers
- Support our sales team in identifying high-value opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:
- Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
- Previous experience in lead generation or CRM management (preferred)
- Understanding of logistics or SaaS industries (bonus, not required)
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote position, WFH
