Our mission is to enhance our client’s marketing strategies with data-driven insights, and we are looking for individuals who can contribute to identifying high-quality sales leads through in-depth online research.

**Job Description:**
As a Lead Generation Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and compiling sales leads for our business development efforts. You will be responsible for conducting detailed online research using various tools and platforms, including Winmo, LinkedIn, and Google searches. Your work will directly contribute to our sales pipeline by compiling prospect lists and delivering accurate and actionable data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough online research to identify & compile contact info for potential sales leads using platforms like Winmo, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Compile and organize data into detailed reports that highlight key information about prospective leads.
- Verify the accuracy of the information collected and deliver data to our team in an organized fashion.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to clarify research objectives and provide updates to the team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead criteria and improve research strategies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all research tasks.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in Lead Generation online research, data scraping or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Winmo, LinkedIn, and Google searches.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate with the team during the hours of 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.
